📦 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without any justification or penalty.
To exercise this right, you must contact us at the following address:

with the subject line “Return Request,” specifying:

The order number,

The date of receipt.
⚠️ The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, clean, complete (including accessories, original packaging, instructions...), and within 14 days following the request.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error on our part (defective product or shipping mistake).
In that case, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
💸 Refund
Once the product is returned and inspected, we will notify you via email of the receipt and validation of the return.
If everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the same payment method used during the purchase.
No refund will be issued for damaged or used products.
❌ Non-refundable Products
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used (e.g., bath accessories or products in contact with the skin).

🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If you wish to receive another model or item, you must return the original product (according to the conditions above) and then place a new order.
