📦 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

⚠️ The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, clean, complete (including accessories, original packaging, instructions, etc.), and within 14 days of the return request.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective product or wrong item shipped).

In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
💸 Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the receipt and validation of your return.

If everything complies with our policy, the refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the product is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, no refund will be issued.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used (e.g., bath accessories or products in direct contact with the skin).

🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges.
If you would like a different item or model, you must return the original product (under the conditions above) and place a new order.
