📦 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
To exercise this right, you must contact us at the following address:

with the subject "Return Request" and provide the following information:

⚠️ The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, clean, complete (accessories, original packaging, instructions…), and within 14 days of the request.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part (defective product or shipping mistake).
In this case, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
💸 Refund
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will notify you by email of the receipt and validation of the return.
If everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the same payment method used during the purchase.
No refund will be issued for damaged or used products.
❌ Non-Refundable Products
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used (e.g., bath accessories or products in contact with the skin).

🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If you want a different model or item, you must return the initial product (under the conditions mentioned above) and then place a new order.
